At Kaktus, we understand that the process of building your dream adventure van is important to you. We take the process seriously and ensure that each step is carried out with great care and attention to detail. Let’s walk you through the simple process:

DEPOSIT

The journey begins with a deposit. Once you’ve made your commitment to us, we’ll start working on designing and building your custom adventure van.

To secure your build slot and reserve your van, we ask for a non-refundable deposit of £5,000.

DESIGN

This is where the magic happens. Our team of experts collaborates closely with you to create the ultimate adventure van—one that seamlessly aligns with your needs and desires. We’re not just designers; we’re interpreters, translating your ideas, preferences, and requirements into a bespoke design that mirrors your unique style and taste.

Financial Transparency and Ownership: Upon delivering your van to our workshop, a 50% deposit of the total build cost is required. The van is officially registered in your name, signifying your ownership. You’ll have access to our exclusive online portal, where essential documents and visual updates - photos capturing the van’s metamorphosis - await.

BUILD

Once the design is finalized, our skilled craftsmen will bring your vision to life. From selecting the finest materials to installing state-of-the-art components, we take pride in every detail. Our experienced team will meticulously construct your adventure van, ensuring quality and durability every step of the way.

Additionally, when your dream van is approximately halfway through the build, we require a further 25% of the total build cost. This ensures the seamless progression of your project.

HAND- OVER

When your adventure van is complete, we’ll schedule a handover appointment. This is your moment to see the culmination of your dreams. We’ll guide you through the features and functionalities of your van, making sure you are comfortable and confident in operating your new adventure companion.

As part of the final steps, the remaining 25% payment is due at least two weeks prior to collection.
