Kaktus Adventure Vans Ltd ("Kaktus", "we") is responsible for the personal details collected through this website. You can reach us at Unit C6, Usk Vale Park, Pontypool, NP4 0JL, by email at info@kaktusvans.co.uk or by phone on 01495 440 021.

• Enquiries and register-interest forms: your name, email address and, if you give them, your phone number, preferences and comments. We use these to reply to you and to talk to you about the vehicle you asked about.
• Van configurator: the build you specified and your contact details, so we can quote for it.
• Shop orders: your contact and delivery details, to fulfil and deliver your order. Card payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details.
• Owner portal: your email address and the details of your build, so you can sign in and follow its progress.
• Newsletter: your email address and name, only if you choose to sign up. Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link.

We handle enquiry, configurator, order and portal details to take steps you have asked for before entering a contract, and to perform that contract. We send the newsletter only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. Signing up to the newsletter is always a separate choice and never a condition of an enquiry.

We use a small number of service providers to run this website, each acting on our instructions: Supabase (database and sign-in), Vercel (website hosting), Resend (sending email) and Stripe (card payments). We do not sell your details or share them with anyone for their own marketing.

We keep enquiry details for as long as we are in conversation with you about a vehicle, and order and build records for as long as we need them for warranty, accounting and legal reasons. Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe.

You can ask for a copy of the personal details we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete them, or to stop using them. To do any of this, email us at the address above. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

This website uses only the cookies and browser storage it needs to work: keeping you signed in to the owner portal or admin, remembering your basket, and remembering that you have closed a pop-up. It does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
